Bringing Angela Home

Thanks for joining us in our adoption journey. We found on daughter on August 8, 2007. She's an adorable 10 1/2 year old. She's 1/2 Russian 1/2 Korean. We've been told she likes school and loves math and art. She loves to play Uno. (of course we're taking her very own deck for her when we travel)

Another family that we know, has a blog. It's been great to follow their journey while they were in-country. We'll upload photos as we can and keep you posted on our activities and timeline. You can email us from this site and we will respond as we are able.

Thanks for your thoughts and support! Love, Pam and Len

I found your blog through a friend of mine. I have been to Sevastopol and Camp Gorney since 2002, and know your daughter. I have pictures posted on snapfish.com that I could share with you from last summer. Actually, I first met Angela three years ago. I took my daughter (14 years old) and she had fun with Angela. both of us are thrilled that Angela is being adopted and will have a family of her own.

HI Pam,

I must admit that I think I'm almost as excited (well, not quite) as you are about this wonderfully, exciting adventure you and your husband are undertaking. I thought of you on Monday when you embarked on your long trip. We have spoken of you at the Monday knitting group and wondered how you were faring. I can't begin to imagine the emotions you are both experiencing. When will you actually get to meet your daughter.
It's cold here and rainy. Trust me- you're not missing much. I will keep in touch and will think of you both often.
